# Confidential payments

> Move value privately between accounts with Ryle — confidential transfers and settlement on public chains, with balances and counterparties encrypted. Documentation coming soon.

<Note>
  **Under construction.** Product documentation for Confidential payments is being written. Check back soon or contact us if you need early access.
</Note>

Confidential payments is the private transfer rail: accounts send and receive a confidential digital asset on public-chain settlement, while amounts and counterparties stay encrypted and the network still verifies every transfer is valid.

## What this product covers

* **Confidential transfers** — encrypted amounts and parties, verifiable without disclosure.
* **Settlement** — runs on EVM-compatible chains; the chain target is a configuration choice. See [supported networks](/docs/reference/supported-networks).
* **Limits and policy** — per-account and per-asset rules govern who can transact and how much.

## How you use it

Confidential payments is exposed through the [APIs](/docs/build/apis) for integration, operated from the [Console](/docs/build/console), and can be surfaced to end users via the [white-label wallet](/docs/build/white-label-wallet). See applied scenarios in [use cases](/docs/use-cases/b2b-settlement).
